Join us to learn about the proposed 2026 Olmstead Plan and provide feedback. Olmstead is a 1999 United States Supreme Court decision that provided a legal framework for the efforts of federal and state governments to integrate persons with disabilities, specifically those at risk of institutionalization, into their communities. Olmstead is intended to remove unnecessary segregation of members from the broader community and to ensure that members receive services in the most integrated setting appropriate to their needs.
