Monthly premiums are assessed for Freedom to Work and ALTCS Freedom to Work customers. When you receive your billing statement, please review it carefully and pay the premium by the due date on the statement.

Making a premium payment or Online Premium Payment is a free service offered through AHCCCS. This service is designed to be simple, allowing those who are enrolled in or owe a past premium for Freedom to Work to manage their account.
You can use a Visa or MasterCard Credit/Debit Card, or enter a bank account number to make a payment. Please note, American Express cards are no longer accepted. For the bank account payment option, you will need your account number and the bank routing number.

It is recommended that you schedule payments at least 3 business days before the actual due date.
To login or enroll to use the Online Premium Payment service, confirm you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the guidelines, then select I Agree and follow the directions.
Note: If you select I Disagree you cannot make online payments.

If you have forgotten your login ID or password, you can proceed to the login page via the "I agree" link above and click on the ‘Forgot Login’ or the ‘Forgot Password’ links found there.
If you prefer to mail your payment, make your personal check, cashier’s check, or money order payable to AHCCCS. Do not send cash.
On the front of the check or money order, clearly write your name along with your account number found on the upper left-hand corner of your invoice.
