The AHCCCS Solutions Center (ASC) will be temporarily unavailable on Sunday, November 8, from 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM Arizona Time due to a planned system upgrade. Arizona is submitting a state plan amendment providing theauthority to enter into Value Based Purchasing (Outcome-Based) Agreements with drug manufactures. More information regarding the Pharmacy VBP SPA can be found below.
