The AHCCCS Solutions Center (ASC) will be temporarily unavailable on Sunday, November 8, from 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM Arizona Time due to a planned system upgrade. During this time, users will be unable to access the ASC. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we complete these system improvements.
Arizona is submitting a state plan amendment (SPA) to describe the FQHC/RHC GME program.
