The AHCCCS Solutions Center (ASC) will be temporarily unavailable on Sunday, November 8, from 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM Arizona Time due to a planned system upgrade. During this time, users will be unable to access the ASC. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we complete these system improvements.
With this SPA, the state attests to providing coverage of COVID-19 Testing, as described in section 1905(a)(4)(F) of the Social Security Act.
