AHCCCS Grievance and Appeal System Report
The Grievance and Appeal System Reporting Guide and corresponding Attachments are developed by AHCCCS for use by AHCCCS’ Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). Instructions are provided within the Grievance and Appeal System Reporting Guide. The Grievance and Appeal System Reporting Guide reports shall be submitted to AHCCCS utilizing the corresponding Templates provided and as required by the applicable Contract.
