The Claims Dashboard Reporting Guide and corresponding Attachments are developed by AHCCCS for use by AHCCCS’ Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). Instructions are provided within the Claims Dashboard Reporting Guide. The Claims Dashboard reports shall be submitted to AHCCCS utilizing the corresponding Attachment A and Attachment B provided and as required by the applicable Contract.
