The appearance on this website of a code and rate is not an indication of coverage, nor a guarantee of payment. AHCCCS covered procedures can be viewed in the AHCCCS Medical Policy Manual (AMPM). AHCCCS covered services can differ based upon enrollment.

Effective November 15, 2010 Managed Care Organizations reimbursing at the AHCCCS Fee-for-Service rates in RF112 and RF142 need to use the rate without a Place of Service code. Place of Service codes in RF112 and RF142 will reference the Behavioral Health Services Rates.
