To continue the work of the Arizona Abuse and Neglect Prevention Task Force Report, AHCCCS, the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES), and the Sonoran University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD) are surveying providers of long-term-care services, including Home and Community Based Services, residential, institutional, day care, employment, and direct care workers.
The survey is open through May 31, 2023, and will take about 10 minutes to complete. Responses are confidential.
This second survey from UCEDD is designed to evaluate Arizona’s progress in implementing the 30 recommendations of the Arizona 2019 Abuse and Neglect Prevention Task Force, which were intended to increase prevention across state support systems.
