AHCCCS Launches Customer Service System

MAY 5, 2026

PHOENIX, Ariz. — As part of its Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) modernization effort, AHCCCS is excited to announce the launch of a new Customer Service System (CSS) within the AHCCCS Solutions Center. The new platform went live on Monday, May 4.

CSS provides a secure, centralized way for providers and health plans to communicate with the agency and share information.

As part of this transition, providers and health plans will see a change in how they interact with AHCCCS. To support this shift, the agency hosted virtual training sessions during the week of April 27, reaching nearly 3,000 participants from a variety of stakeholder audiences. These sessions provided guidance on setting up a Solutions Center account and preparing to submit requests through CSS beginning May 4.

The AHCCCS MES Modernization Program is transforming agency systems and operations to better serve Arizona residents and strengthen local communities. By upgrading outdated technology, streamlining day-to-day processes, and establishing a strong foundation for future innovation, the program improves data access and usability, building a more efficient, responsive system to serve Arizona’s communities.
