Funding Opportunity Overview

Adopt Shared Services Consortiums supports the development and implementation of shared service models that reduce operational costs, eliminate duplication, and strengthen the collective capacity of rural healthcare organizations across Arizona.

Expansion of Mobile Digital Services, Training and Recruitment, and Prevention Programs Addressing Suicide, Trauma, and Substance Use is released under the Behavioral Health & Substance Use Disorder Expansion Grant and includes funding across three program areas: expanding mobile, digital, and crisis-based service access points in rural communities; training and recruiting behavioral health professionals in shortage areas; and delivering evidence-based prevention programs addressing suicide, trauma, and substance use.

This investment is intended to strengthen the long-term resilience and capacity of Arizona's rural health system by improving access to behavioral health services, growing the rural behavioral health workforce, expanding community-based prevention, and enabling rural providers to operate collaboratively through shared infrastructure and coordinated care.
