In June 2024, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) will introduce a new enterprise workflow system designed to improve the way applicants, members, providers, and health plans interact with AHCCCS.
Beginning in June, the system will allow users to submit a grievance or appeal to the Office of the General Counsel, add additional documents related to hearings, and track progress online.
AHCCCS will provide updates on the progress as we get closer to June 2024.
