AHCCCS Satisfaction Surveys
Maintaining a comprehensive system of health care that supports quality as well
as cost-effectiveness depends largely on the satisfaction and ultimately the cooperation
of AHCCCS members and providers. The purpose of regularly surveying these stakeholders
is to:
- Determine what they think about the AHCCCS program in general
- Determine what they think about the individual AHCCCS health plans with which they
interact
- Allow for comparison between:
- AHCCCS Acute Care health plans
- ALTCS program
contractors
- Elicit information that informs quality improvement activities
The reports (Member Satisfaction, Provider Satisfaction, and Long Term Care Satisfaction
surveys) include findings and recommendations, support an ongoing commitment to
identify and address member and provider concerns, and improve the quality and cost-effectiveness
of services.
