AHCCCS Self Directed Attendant Care (SDAC) Resources

Self Directed Attendant Care (SDAC) is a new model for attendant care (personal care) based on the concepts of consumer directed care. SDAC is available to most elderly and/or physically disabled Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) members who live in their own home. This service is not available to members who live in an assisted living or nursing facility.
