Quick Start

 

To get to a specific manual section you must first open the appropriate chapter, subchapter, and then select the manual section.

 

Example:  To get to MS 602.01 (Income Groups - Definitions) you would need to:

  1. Click to open "Chapter 600 - Income"
  2. Click to open subchapter" 602 - Income Groups"; and
  3. Click MS "602.01 Definitions"
