Overview of Selected Federal Rules

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has proposed or promulgated regulations in the Federal Register impacting Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program. Subsequently, Congress or the Administration has intervened to prevent or delay implementation of some final rules.
