AHCCCS Provider Types

Chapter 600 of the AHCCCS Medical Policy Manual presents the Federal and State provider qualifications and network requirements for acute care and long term care programs that are serviced by or through Contractors and registered fee-for-service providers.

Section 610 provides the applicable federal and state regulation qualifications to each of the provider types.
