Behavioral Health Interface - Recipient Daily Health Plan Change File Layout

BHS Recipient Health Plan Change File is created as a result of an enrollment change occurring on members who are currently active with BHS in the AHCCCS system. The Health Plan Change file will contain the AHCCCS demographic data of ADHS members and the member's new enrollment health plan. ADHS is to use this data for coordination of care with the member's health plan.
