Introduction

The BHS Monthly Terminations by RBHA report is created every month by AHCCCS. This report contains detail data of AHCCCS initiated terminations of BHS FYI data due to loss of eligibility, age limit of BHS category or becoming eligible in an unsupported category.

Schedules

• BHS Monthly Termination by RBHA Report runs on the third day before the 1st of the next month as part of the "Last Daily" cycle. File is named ccyymm.TRM and is available in the BHS folder under /AZ/BHS/PROD/OUT folder.

Media

BHS Monthly Termination by RBHA report file will be sent to the AHCCCS FTP server and will be used to run the BHS Recon process.

Reporting

This process produces the BHS Monthly Termination by RBHA report.

The report created in this process will be sent to the AHCCCS FTP server and will be available for download and printing by ADHS.

Reference Documents

The BHS Monthly Termination by RBHA report file is produced by AHCCCS on a monthly basis and consists of all records which AHCCCS initiated the end of the BHS FYI segment due to change in eligibility.
