Introduction

The BHS Monthly Active FYI File Extract is created once a month by AHCCCS. This file contains all active BHS records in effect for the past six months. ADHS is expected to compare this file against the ADHS data base and identify all discrepancies that may exist. ADHS is responsible for making any corrections to ensure that the ADHS data matches the AHCCCS BHS FYI data.

Schedules

• BHS Monthly Active FYI File (Recon) normally completes between 1:00 am and 6:00 am on the 20th of each month. File is named ccyymm.RCN and is available in the BHS folder under /AZ/BHS/PROD/OUT folder.

Media

BHS Monthly Active FYI file will be sent to the AHCCCS FTP server and will be used to run the BHS Recon process.

Reporting

This process produces no paper or electronic reports.

The file created in this process will be sent to the AHCCCS FTP server and will be available for download by ADHS.

Reference Documents

The BHS Monthly Active FYI File is produced by AHCCCS on a monthly basis and consists of all records in effect for the past six months. ADHS shall compare this file against their data and correct any discrepancies.
