Introduction

The BHS Quarterly Management Reports are created once every three months by AHCCCS. These reports contain summarized data on all active BHS records.

Schedules

• BHS Quarterly Management Reports run on the first day of every January, April, July and October.
• Ethnicity by Rate Code the file is named ccyymm.Q91 and is available in the BHS folder under /AZ/BHS/PROD/OUT folder
• Ethnicity by Age the file is named ccyymm.Q92 and is available in the BHS folder under /AZ/BHS/PROD/OUT folder
• Children's Population the file is named ccyymm.Q93 and is available in the BHS folder under /AZ/BHS/PROD/OUT folder
• SMI Population the file is named ccyymm.Q94 and is available in the BHS folder under /AZ/BHS/PROD/OUT folder
• Non-SMI Population the file is named ccyymm.Q95 and is available in the BHS folder under /AZ/BHS/PROD/OUT folder
• Entire Population the file is named ccyymm.Q96 and is available in the BHS folder under /AZ/BHS/PROD/OUT folder

Media

BHS Quarterly Management reports file will be sent to the AHCCCS FTP server and will be used to run the BHS Recon process.

Reporting

This process produces the BHS Enrolled Quarterly Demographic reports for Ethnicity by Rate Code, Ethnicity by Age Group, Children's Population, SMI Population, Non-SMI Population and Entire Population.

The reports created in this process will be sent to the AHCCCS FTP server and will be available for download and printing by ADHS.
