Introduction

The BHS Monthly Management Report is created once a month by AHCCCS. This report contains summarized data on all active BHS records.

Schedules

• The BHS Monthly Management Report is run on the first day of every month. The file is named ccyymm.X87 or I87 and is available in the BHS folder under /AZ/BHS/PROD/OUT folder.

Media

BHS Monthly Management report file will be sent to the AHCCCS FTP server and will be used to run the BHS Recon process.

Reporting

This process produces the BHS Monthly Management Report. The report created in this process will be sent to the AHCCCS FTP server and will be available for download and printing by ADHS.
