Introduction

BHS CMDP Enrollment Files identify all CMDP Enrollment segments for new BHS Enrollees added the previous month.

The BHS CMDP Enrollment file will provide a method to identify services provided to a member during enrollment into CMDP prior to the date of BHS notification of successful enrollment.

Schedules

• BHS CMDP Enrollment File will be sent to the AHCCCS FTP server and can be downloaded by ADHS on the seventh day of each month. File is named CMDP_yyyymm.TXT and is available in the /AZ/BHS/PROD/OUT folder.

Media

BHS CMDP Enrollment File will be sent to the AHCCCS FTP server and is produced in data file format.

Testing

It is highly recommended that BHS CMDP Enrollment File transmissions be tested in coordination with the AHCCCS ISD operations staff prior to production implementation as a result of changes. Typical testing of file transmission takes approximately one week.
