AHCCCS Operations Reporting Guidelines

Periodic Operations Reporting is required by the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) Acute and Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) contracts, the Children's Rehabilitative Services Administration (CRSA) intergovernmental agreement, and the Comprehensive Medical and Dental Program (CMDP) intergovernmental agreement.
