BHS Weekly 820 File
In this section The BHS Weekly 820 file is created once a week by AHCCCS. This file contains HIPAA compliant data of AHCCCS eligible members included in the weekly capitation calculation. 
Schedules The following table outlines schedules for the BHS Weekly 820 File process.
Processing requirement Schedule
BHS Weekly 820 File Run every Tuesday evening as part of the Daily cycle and is available in the /AZ/BHS/PROD/EDI-OUT folder
Media BHS Weekly 820 file will be sent to the AHCCCS VPN server.
Reporting

This process produces the HIPAA 820 File.

The file created in this process will be sent to the AHCCCS VPN server and will be available for download and processing by ADHS.
