Women Who Want Screening for Breast or Cervical Cancer

A woman who has been diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer or pre-cancerous cervical lesions through one of these screening processes may qualify for AHCCCS:

• Arizona Department of Health Services - Well Women HealthCheck Program
• Hopi Women's Health Program
• Navajo Nation Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention Program

There is no Medicaid eligibility income limit established for BCCTP.  The requirement is to be screened under the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection program, which has an income limit of 250% FPL.

Please note: You cannot qualify for this AHCCCS program if you have already been diagnosed with cancer.
