August 2008 Download	A 'Printable Version' of each AHCCCS Medical Policy Manual chapter (Portable Document Format [PDF] version) is available at each level of the manual. These levels can be printed to provide a full or partial copy of the original hard copy of the manual. Follow the appropriate instructions below to print the desired level of the manual for your use: To print the entire AHCCCS Medical Policy Manual, click on the text to the left and print the contents of the Zip File.
