Arizona Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Strategy

In accordance with 42 CFR 438.202, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) submitted its original Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Strategy [PDF, 465.86KB] to Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in December 2003.

The Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Strategy has been reviewed, updated, and revised to correspond with the CMS 2006 Medicaid Quality Strategy Toolkit as of December, 2007.
