Ekloff v. Rodgers
The Consent Decree in the Ekloff vs. Rodgers litigation regarding
incontinence briefs (diapers) was signed in November 2006. As a result
of this settlement, AHCCCS will cover incontinence briefs (diapers) for
AHCCCS members over 3 years and under age 21 who are incontinent (not in
control of bodily wastes) due to their disabilities. [Details in English]

calzoncillos para incontinencia (panales) fue firmado en noviembre del
