Ball v. Biedess Court Order

Factors Considered During the 2004-2005 Rebasing of Fee-For-Service (FFS) Rates

Factors in the rebasing included Medicare rates, private sector rates, costs for delivery services, any economic factors unique to Arizona and current level of supply and demand. Co-payment Injunction

Ekloff v. Rodgers

The Consent Decree in the Ekloff vs. Rodgers litigation regarding incontinence briefs (diapers) was signed in November 2006. As a result of this settlement, AHCCCS will cover incontinence briefs (diapers) for AHCCCS members over 3 years and under age 21 who are incontinent (not in control of bodily wastes) due to their disabilities. El Decreto por Consentimiento en el litigo correspondiente los calzoncillos para incontinencia (panales) fue firmado en noviembre del año 2006. Como resultado de este acuerdo, AHCCCS cubrirá el costo de los calzoncillos para incontiniencia (panales) para los miembros de AHCCCS de más de 3 años y menos de 21años de edad que sean incontinentes (sin control de su organismo) por causa de sus incapacidades.  [Detalles en Espanol]
