complete, accurate and timely encounter data.
Adjudication Edit List
This document is a list of all adjudication edits and the
status of those edits. An edit's status may be:
- hard (Y) on,
- blank (spaces) = edit set to "off"
The
edit list is posted quarterly. For questions regarding the
edit list contact the
Encounter
Unit.

provides a list of edits and how to resolve the
edits.
Adjudication News
This section contains information regarding provider,
reference, and/or encounter table updates and other
system information that may affect encounter submissions
or pend correction. Updates that become part of the
provider or reference FTP information and other system
information no longer affecting submissions or
correction will be removed from this section. In
addition, information no longer relevant will be
removed.
Encounter FAQs
This section contains frequently asked questions
regarding encounter validation, translation and
adjudication.
Encounter Meeting Schedules and Minutes
When available, encounter meetings and minutes will be posted in this section. This information will be removed after one year. Any information that remains active will be posted under the relevant section.
