Deficit Reduction Act (DRA) of 2005

Section 6032 of the Deficit Reduction Act (DRA) of 2005, requires States to establish a policy for implementing DRA Section 6032 for external contractors (e.g. hospitals, medical facilitates, and health care professionals) that receive or make annual Medicaid payments (under the state plan) of at least $5 million dollars.
