Member Placement Graphs by County

Note: These files are provided in MS-Excel format and has a file size of 17 kb.

This page provides links to the counties which contain placement information for several periods of time (10/98 through 09/05) and shows the actual placement setting for ALTCS members by Program Contractor, by county and statewide.  This information can be used to determine the number of members residing in their own home, community setting, nursing facility or other placement.
